As I'm sure you're all painfully aware I'm running the London Marathon in just over two weeks.

I'm running for Trinity Hospice in Clapham, where personal donations are a vital source of income. You can be certain that your gift will make a real difference to the dying people, and their families, in their care.

I appreciate that this probably isn't the only sponsorship request you've been sent. . . but as that well known supermarket chain says - every little helps!

Hopefully if I reach my target then my firm will double it to reach a grand which would be aweomse.
